The short version
We collect what an exam-preparation account needs to work: who you are, what you have practised, and what you have paid for. We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising on it, and we do not share your practice history with your employer, your institution, or anyone else.
What we collect
Your name and mobile number when you register, and your email address if you choose to add one. If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive the name, email address, and profile picture held by that account — nothing else, and no permission to post anywhere. We also store your study preferences, such as the exam you are preparing for.
Your mobile number
We use your number to identify your account, to send the one-time code that confirms it is yours, and to send account notices such as an order being approved. Confirming your number is asked for when you place an order, not when you start a free trial. We do not send marketing messages to it.
What you do in the app
Every question you answer is stored with its result, timing, and subject, because that record is the product: it is what your analytics, your accuracy trend, and your revision suggestions are built from. Comments and votes you leave in discussions are stored with your name against them, and are visible to other readers.
Payments
Plans are paid by bKash or Nagad against an order you place in the app, and a person on our side confirms the payment before the plan activates. We store the order, what it contained, its price, any coupon, and whether it was confirmed. We never see or store your card number, your mobile-wallet PIN, or your banking credentials.
Cookies
A single cookie keeps you signed in between visits. It holds your session, not your activity, and it is not used to follow you across other websites. Clearing it signs you out. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Who else can see it
The services that run the platform — hosting, the SMS gateway that delivers your verification code, and error monitoring — process data on our instructions and only as far as their job requires. Our own staff access accounts only to answer a support request or to confirm a payment. We disclose data to anyone else only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Your account and its study history stay while your account is open, so your analytics remain meaningful across an exam cycle. Records of orders and payments are kept for as long as accounting rules require, even after an account closes. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your personal details and your practice history, keeping only what those rules oblige us to.
Your choices
You can see and change your name, number, email address, and study preferences from your profile at any time. You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to close your account and delete it. We answer these requests within thirty days.
Children
The platform is built for qualified doctors and medical graduates preparing for postgraduate examinations. It is not intended for anyone under sixteen, and we do not knowingly hold data about them.
Changes
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and move the date at the top. Where a change materially affects you, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
